light and airy en-suite bedroom.t.v ,fridge and coffee /tea facilities.the bed was huge it must of been king or even queen size and was so comfortable.very good value for the average wage earners.would stay again if i had to go back up to the area.
everything was good really.would just say that the main street path on entry to the hotel has a bit of a hole and would be improved if was filled in and evened out as did catch once on our car but their was no damage but a bit of a worry.but that,s all.thankyou for a nice stay.

Good beds, clean, decent shower. Nicely located.
The front door was locked at night and we were not given a key. Late on Saturday night we had to wait 15 minutes outside pressing the bell until the night porter woke up and let us in!

We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, no complaints whatsoever, greatly enjoyed this hotel. All you need for one night in Narborough. The rooms are bright and neat, with complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee. The attached restaurant is lovely place to hang out.

Chur, the free parking was a sweet perk, and the comfy bed helped me sleep well. But the room had a shabby vibe and shower issues didn't help.

Clean modern room, bathroom is a shower not a bath, beds very comfy, triple room was 3 singles (not the 1 double & 1 single we expected) didn't try the breakfast as we had been at a wedding the day before with a non stop buffet, good value for the money....

Left alone didn't see much of the staff
Bed far to big for the room. It took up almost all of it!!! A good clean/hoover wouldn't go a miss. Toilet seat was unstable.

Half amazing, half disappointing
The location is convenient for quick trips into Leicester, and also features good free parking.
Issues with cleanliness were evident, especially the bathroom facilities, which left much to be desired.

Very dirty and scruffy. Carpet had 'iron' burn just inside door.Only one chair. cheap beds. Only one towel per person, no hand towels,no bath mat, no shower anti slip mat.( acrylic shiney shower tray) No hot water on first morning. Pieces of paper from loo roll on floor in shower room on arrival, still there when we left two days later,i.e no cleaning. Beds not made up after first night, tea and coffee not replenished. Banister on stairs stopped way short of top of stairs- - health and safety would have a great time there !

The room was very big, and the bed was big. Overall it was very clean and tidy. Shower was clean.
Tv was very cheap and picture quality was poor and intermittent. Furnishing was basic, not cosy. Only given one towel - no hand towels. Bed linen was very thin and polyester and cheap - mattress could have benefitted from a mattress topper to make it a little less hard. Given the price I would expect nicer furniture and some thought regarding interior design.

I thought the external of the hotel was very nice; however, the staff were disapointing. With none of the day staff fluent in english and seemed unaware or customer service. Returning to the hotel follwoing a days work you expect to be able to access the hotel not stand outside for 20 minutes and then insulted because a member of staff failed to detail the entrance procedure during daytime hours.
